At Umakov, we stand behind the quality of our home hardware and design solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our central quality control warehouse.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
